Clinics are responsible for ensuring that patient communications sent through RecoverSlot comply with the laws and regulations of their country, including consent, privacy, and messaging rules.
4. No guarantee of patient attendance
RecoverSlot is a tool to help clinics reduce no-shows and refill empty slots. We do not guarantee patient attendance, booking outcomes, or specific revenue results.
5. Service evolution
RecoverSlot is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as we improve the service.
6. Acceptable use
Abuse, spam, harassment, or any illegal use of RecoverSlot is strictly prohibited. Users may not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages or violate applicable laws.
7. Subscription terms
RecoverSlot is currently in early access. Subscription pricing and payment terms may apply after public launch and will be communicated to clinics in advance.
8. Account suspension
RecoverSlot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these terms, or harm other users or patients.
